Administration

In many respects, all active members of Unity In Marin assume significant administration and leadership functions at some point. There are, formal administration and leadership functions that provide overall direction.

The management structure of Unity In Marin is referred to as a “Program Church.” It consists of a Board of Trustees for policy and a Ministry Leadership Team for execution. It is virtually identical to how for-profit corporations are structured.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees (Board) has responsibility for the overall directions and sets policies . The Senior Minister is a member of the Board and – at the same time – reports to the Board of Trustees. The Chairperson is a Board member appointed to a one-year term and may be contacted at boardchair@unityinmarin.org.

Ministry Leadership Team
The Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) is responsible for carrying out the direction and policies set by the Board.
